Media propaganda is a most effective and common tool to set the positive trend and temperament of any nation regarding any cause or social issues or position through proper propagation we can get the desire result in a positive aspect. today's media has expended its root in our daily life or in our routine. media give way of thought way of speak or change the attitude of society.After the 90's we can enjoy freedom of media easily which brought revolutionary change in our life or in our vision.now we can aware with our issues or can treat the news in its surrounding.media have huge responsibility  to set the mood of any nation but we easily analysis it some propaganda movement made anarchy in society or turned towords violent. talk show and opinion making show propagate on a large scale but they all treat news in a negative manners for sake of their profits media avoiding its responsibility or prefer commercialism media is all about in today's world if they be honest with their responsibility we can easily resolve our issues which is still conflicting.

Pakistan ko aalam-e-wajood mein aye nisf sadi se zyada ho chuka hai. Bahesiat qoum hmara koi kirdar koi mayar nhi bana adna shehri se lekr VIP hazrat sb hasbe istataat “chori” jese makroh fail mein masroof hain, chahe wo faraiz ki chori hai, chahe wasael ki chori hai. “Khuandagi” k naam par kai policyan murattab ki gayin kitni imdad hasil ki gayi magar taleemi mayar wohi kharabi se dochar hai. Taleem jesa hassas shoba nat naye tajurbat ki zad mein hai chousath(64) saal  bad bhi qoum apni rahen mutayyan nahi kar saki. Chand log hain jo seedhi rah par hain mulk aur qoum se mukhlis hain aese logon se na matehet khush hain na afsaran wo bechare emaandar admi bachon ko na buland mayar desakte hain na aala taleem. Galat ko galat aur sahi ko sahi samajhne ka shaor hamne pas-e-pusht dal dya hai. Koi bhi kam karwane k lye so paparh belne parte hain.

Lafz “Pakistan” ko haqeqat bnane wala apni qable rashk sehat se hath dho betha magar aj job hi barsare iqtidar ata hai chahe wo chote se chota ohdedar hi kyu na ho sehat dolat izzat hr shobe mein din dogni raat chogni taraqqi karta nazar ata hai. ”saqoot-e-dhaka” se agar sabaq sekha jata tu aj hum sobae ta’assub  mein griftar na hote. Koi Punjabi, balochi, sindhi ya pathan na kehlwata balke bache khuche Pakistan ka shehri hona aur kehlwana ba’ise fakhar samajhta.

Aaj Pakistan ka har bashaor aur mohibb-e-watan shehri pareshan hai aur faryadi hai k khudaya is mulk ko barhi mushkilo aur qurbanyo k bad hasil kya gya tha adha tu pehle hi ganwa chuke hain baqya adhe kit u khud hifazat kr aur hamen seedhi rah dikha. Ise hamdard, mohibb-e-watan, pur azam qayadat de. Is k logo ko zaati mafad se bala qoumi soch de. Kharji aur androni dushmano se mahfouz rakh. (Ameen)

CHANGE  YOURSELF OR STOP BLAMING

Why we take shortcuts,do you ever think for a second ??? No, because we are selfish and we have no concern with someone else pain and problem.In this speedy life the meaning of Shortcut also changed.I think the fact behind this change is our practical life.We want to complete all the work with every minute or second of the clock ...we forget that robot is a creation of human but man is not a Robot.In completing our task somewhere we are disturbing people and for few mistakes indict them.Majority of us blame Government or concerned authorities, after occurring any big or small incident that they are not paying attention etc etc,why we do so?just to hide our own mistakes and blunders or saving time...Their is a example of an accident,you have seen these examples daily on a road ,lane,highway . A car driver hit the bike at two way road of the centrum mall,car driver had disappeared within minutes and the rider had seriously injured.the question arises, who is the defaulter?road or the rider obviously that rider but as usual people blaming road ,traffic signals .Rider coming from a wrong way in other words,he was adopting shortcut to save his time.if he used the two way road as other people, he would save his life.

                        Another shortcut,"Parchi system" most of us aware of that system . This system is exist in the educational sector ,official sector and in every sector where we want to save our time.System is differentiate in two aspects one is acquaintance and 2nd is the Quaid-e-azam, here i am using a word Quaid-e-azam (it is informal use of Pakistani currency at different work fields). Now a days at passport office a new style introduce for making money.a man come and ask you to give 200rs for completing the process of passport within hour .Usually in my beloved country people have to wait for a long day to get the passport.A common man can spend 200rs but not wait for a day long ..."we are responsible for our deeds."If a person is desiring for a high post and have acquaintance in the department or bank ,he definitely got it and deserving one lost the chance.

                  This system is very successful in Pakistan because me , you and every citizen is involve in doing injustice.

Remember:  Champions know there are no shortcuts to the top. They climb the mountain one step at a time. They have no use for helicopters!”

Is Freedom of Press & Watchdog Function Necessary for the Development of Democracy?

YES, People utilize their voting right and bring their representatives to the power for the resolution of socio-economic issues, issues of their basic necessities and development; therefore, electorates have the right to keep an eye on their activities. And why not perform watchdog function, these representatives usually after achieving seats overlook their electorates as well as issues relating to them. For example, absenteeism of President Asif Ali Zardari while our homeland was struck by the worst floods in living memory. Mr. Zardari whose party’s slogan is Roti, Kapra & Makan went to see his own chateau in France when thousands of villages swept away in flood.

The right to the freedom of speech/expression, as well as the freedom of the press, as a corollary of this right, represents fundamental values of the modern pluralist democracy. Without them, many of the progresses achieved in the contemporary world couldn’t be imagined. That is why all these rights must be defended.

However, these rights that were hard to acquire in the difficult process of democracy’s birth, are nowadays abusively exercised in subtle forms by one of their major beneficiary which should have been one of their main defenders: the mass-media.

Talha Jalal is one of the best analysts of media ethics in Pakistan. In one of his article, he threw light upon Pakistan’s media. He stated that the media has started seeming a bit apathetic. This unchecked public service has made it too easy to manipulate the illiterate masses. Today, prominent news channels have rather dangerously attained the ability to sway public opinion (with their sometimes heavily opinionated broadcasting). From airing uncensored violence, showing political ‘cat fights’ to calling government functionaries the ‘Zardari mafia’, media ethics have often been kept at bay with the excuse of freedom of expression.

 While media freedom is still much celebrated in Pakistan and acts as the self-proclaimed savior of the Pakistani people, a combination of unprofessional news channels, political debates-cum-public-bashing-of-politicians and public brainwashing through airing loaded caricatures that call for moral righteousness, all point to the fact that the media industry in Pakistan is still very juvenile. Perhaps eight years is not long enough to attain maturity and professionalism.

The media in Pakistan is fast turning into a self-serving (rather than public-serving) industry — an industry that glorifies itself, is self-righteous and, most discomforting of all, has a huge persecution complex.

He concluded “Media stakeholders in Pakistan collectively need to reassess the overarching role of the media in Pakistani society and come up with a collective ethics and compliance code for journalists and the print and electronic media. Such measures will not only bring a positive change to Pakistani society but also strengthen the media itself and bring more institutional credibility.”

Social democracy states that the freedom of the press, as well as the freedom of expression, is essential for the defense and development of democracy. The experience of the last decade in Central Europe, for example, shows that mass media served decisively in the construction of the civil society and in censuring the authoritarian trends of some politicians or parties. Also, it corrected and continues to correct, the excesses, negligence and management errors in the countries with a consolidated democracy. Without the freedom of expression, and thus without the freedom of mass media, a democracy cannot be conceived. But this freedom needs to be moved towards the accurate direction for the betterment of society.

استادِ محترم۔۔۔؟؟؟

                                                                  کتاب نکالیے! صفحہ نمبر ۵۲، مشق ۶!!، استاد صاحب بڑی سنجیدگی سے کوئی سوال حل کروا نے میں مصروف ہیں ، طالب علم اتنی ہی تندہی سے موبائل فونز پہ ٹک ٹک کرنے اور دیگر سرگرمیوں میں،یہ صرف کسی ایک کلاس روم کا حال نہیں ہے، آج کل زیادہ ترتعلیمی اداروں میں طلبہ و طالبات دورانِ لیکچر اسی قسم کی حر کات کرتے ہوئے پائے جاتے ہیں۔

 یہ حقیقت ہے کہ طالب علم خواہ کسی بھی عمر یا درجے کا ہو شعوری ےا غیر شعوری طور پر اپنے استاد کی شخصیت سے کسی نہ کسی طرح متاثر ضرور ہوتا ہے۔اب سے کچھ عرصہ پہلے تک استاد ایک انتہائی قابلِ احترام ہستی اور تدرےس انتہائی باوقار پیشہ تصور کےا جا تا تھا۔لےکن افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ موجودہ دور میں جس طرح دیگر بہت سی اخلاقی قدریں زوال کا شکار ہورہی ہیں وہیں تکریمِ اساتذہ میں بھی واضح فرق نظر آتا ہے۔ایک زمانہ تھا کہ جب استاد سے اونچی آواز میں تو کیا ،نظر اٹھا کر بات کرنا بھی بے ادبی کے زمرے میں آتا تھا۔ آج کل اونچی آواز تو کجا، اساتذہ کے ساتھ مارپیٹ بھی ایک معمولی بات سمجھی جانے لگی ہے۔ یہ رحجان خاص طور پر جامعات اور کالجوں میں زےادہ نظر آتا ہے ، لگتا ہے کہ اساتذہ سے بدتمیزی ایک قابلِ فخر عمل بنتی جارہی ہے۔

 آخر اساتذہ نے اپنا مقام کیوں کھو دیا؟ آج کے طلبہ و طالبات اپنے استاد کو اپنا آئیڈیل کیوں نہیں بناتے؟ اساتذہ کے احترام میں کمی کا ذمہ دار جہاں بے باک میڈیا ،والدین اور نام نہاد طلباءتنظیمں ہیں، جو اپنے کارکنان کو لامحدود اختیارات دے کر چھوٹے بڑے کی تمیز اور حسنِ سلوک کی جگہ” بھرم بازی“ کا درس دیتی ہیں، وہیں اس میں کچھ کردار خود اساتذہ کا اپنا بھی ہے۔ جب انہوں نے خود اپنے پیشے کے تقدس کا خیال کرنا چھوڑ دیا تو معاشرے سے بھی یہ احترام بتدریج ختم ہونے لگا ۔آج کے طالبعلم نے اگر بے ادبی کی روش اپنائی ہے تو شیخ مکتب نے بھی روحِ انسانی کی صورت گری ترک کر کے اپنے آپ کو صرف ٹےکسٹ بک تک محدود کرلیا ہے۔ روحانی والدےن کی حیثیت سے تربیت کرنے کا تصور بھی تیزی سے مفقود ہوتا جارہا ہے۔مادیت پرستی کی وبا کی زد میں یہ مقدس پیشہ بھی ہے۔ بدعنوانی کا گھن معلم کے اخلاق و کردار کو بھی چاٹنا شروع کرچکا ہے۔ سرکاری تعلیمی ادارے اس بد عنوانی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہیں جہاں اساتذہ سرکار سے مفت کی تنخواہ بھی وصول کرتے ہیں اور ذاتی ٹیوشن وکوچنگ سینٹرز کے ذریعے بھی لاکھوں کی کمائی کرتے ہےں۔ چند پیسوں کے عوض امتحانی کاپیوں کی چیکنگ میں گڑبڑ،کاپیوں کی خرید وفروخت،امتحانی مراکز میں روپوں کے بدلے نقل کی تمام تر سہولتوں کی فراہمی سے لے کر جامعات اور کالجوں میں مرد اساتذہ کی جانب سے طالبات کو ہراساں کرنے تک کی شکایات بہت عام ہوتی جا رہی ہیں۔

 جب یہ محترم ہستی خود ہی حرص وہوس کے اس کیچڑ سے کھیلنے لگے گی تو مستقبل کے معماروں کو اس گندے کھیل سے کون روکے گا؟؟ جب استاد کی جانب سے معصوم بچوں پر کیے جانے والے وحشیانہ تشدد کی خبرےں اخبارات کی زینت بنیں گی تو معاشرے میں پروان چڑھتے غیرانسانی رویوںکی روک تھام کون کرے گا؟؟جب تعلیمی اداروں مےں خود اساتذہ اپنی سرپرستی مےں بسنت اور ویلنٹائن ڈے جےسے تہوار منوائیں گے،فرسٹ ائیر فولنگ کے لیے مواقع فراہم کریں گے ،تو ہم کو اپنے مذہب، اپنی اقدار و روایات پر فخر کرنا کون سیکھائے گا؟؟

 جب سیرت واخلاق کے تانے بانے کمزور پڑنے لگیں تو لباس خواہ کتنا ہی اعلیٰ درجے کا کیوں نہ ہو بوسیدہ ہو جاتا ہے۔ یہی کچھ معاملہ ہمارے اساتذہ کرام کے ساتھ بھی نظر آتا ہے، اعلٰی ترین ڈگریوں کے حامل یہ افراد ،آخر کیوں معاشرے کو مفید افراد کی فراہمی کے بجائے پڑھے لکھے جہلا عطا کر رہے ہیں؟ شاید اس کی ایک اہم ترےن وجہ یہ ہے کہ کے آج بیشتر اساتذہ خود بھی اس پختہ نظریاتی اساس سے محروم ہیں جو بحیثیت استا د ان کا سرمایہ ہونی چاہیے۔سیکولرازم کے شکا ر ، مغربی معاشرے سے مرعوب اساتذہ نہ خود درست راہ کا تعین کر سکتے ہیں اور نہ ہی اپنے شاگردوں کی صحیح خطوط پر رہنمائی کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں۔استاد کسی بھی معاشرے کے لیے انتہائی کارآمد فرد ہوتے ہیں، ان کے پاس نوجوانوں کی ذہن سازی اور تعمیر ِسیرت کے وسیع مواقع ہوتے ہیں،ان موقعوں کا درست استعمال ملک و ملت کے مستقبل کو بنا بھی سکتا ہے اور غلط استعمال تباہی کے دہانے پر بھی لا کر کھڑا کر سکتا ہے۔
  ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کے اساتذہ اپنے اہم کردار کو سمجھیں ، تدریس کے پیشہ کو انبیاءکی میرا ث سمجھتے ہوئے اس کی حرمت کا خیال رکھیں، معلمِ انسانیت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی سیرت و کردار کو مد ِ نظر رکھتے ہوئے اپنی شخصیت کو بھی اسی سانچے میں ڈھالنے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کریں اور اپنے شاگردوں کی تربیت بھی ان ہی خطوط پر کریں۔ جینز جوگرز کلچر کے فروغ میں اپنا حصہ ڈالنے کے بجائے ، نئی نسل کو اپنی اقدار و روایات سے محبت اور ان پر فخر کرنے کی تعلیم دیں۔ اگر اساتذہ درست کردار ادا کریں تو تیزی سے اخلاقی انحطاط کا شکار ہوتے ہوئے اس معاشرے کو بچایا جا سکتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ہم سب کو معاشرے کی تعمیر کے لیے اپنا کردار مثبت طور پر ادا کرنے کی توفیق عطا
